Taking the first step toward support is often the hardest part. We make it easy to connect and begin the conversation about how we can help your family.
Whether you're just beginning to recognize memory changes in your loved one due to dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's disease, or you're deep into the caregiving journey and need additional support, we're here to help.
You don't have to face this alone.

What happens during the first consultation?
During your first session, we'll take time to understand your unique situation. We'll discuss the challenges you're facing, what concerns you most, and what kind of support would be most helpful right now. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get to know how we work. There's no pressure, just a compassionate conversation about how we can help.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically an hour, giving us enough time to address your concerns thoroughly while providing practical strategies you can implement immediately. We can adjust session length based on your needs.
Do you accept insurance?
Aria Senior Care operates as a private-pay service with discounts for packages. While we don't bill insurance directly, we can provide documentation that you may be able to submit for reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. Many families find the investment worthwhile for the peace of mind and practical solutions they receive.
What technology do I need for virtual sessions?
We truly meet you where you are. If you have an iPhone and prefer FaceTime, we can do that. If you prefer Zoom or another video platform, we can accommodate that too. Even a simple phone call works perfectly. We'll never make technology a barrier to getting you the support you need.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We understand that when you're ready to reach out for help, you need support soon. We work to accommodate families as quickly as possible and offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends when needed.
What if I'm not sure if I need help yet?
If you're questioning whether you need support, that's often a sign that you could benefit from it. The initial consultation gives you a chance to explore your situation with an experienced professional who understands memory care challenges. There's no commitment beyond that first conversation, and it can provide valuable clarity about your next steps.
Reaching out for support shows strength, not weakness. It shows you're committed to providing the best care possible for your loved one while also taking care of yourself.
We're here to walk alongside you, providing the expertise, tools, and compassionate support that help families transform fear and confusion into calm, confidence, and hope.
Let's begin this conversation together.
